These terms govern the use of the apps and games published by Epps Games on the Apple App Store.
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any game or application published by Epps Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable local and international laws.
2. License Grant
Epps Games grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use our mobile applications on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, strictly according to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All code, graphics, gameplay mechanics, sound, character designs, logos, and trademarks associated with Epps Games are the exclusive property of Epps Games, headquartered in Georgia. Unlawful copying or modification is prohibited.
4. Accounts
Some apps require you to create an account to access online features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
