1. Introduction

Epps Games ("we," "our," or "us") is an independent studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia, publishing mobile apps and games on the Apple App Store. This policy explains what data our apps process and why. Our lineup is still growing, and not every app works the same way — some are fully offline, others need an internet connection for specific features. Where a particular app's data practices differ from the general description below, that app's own listing or in-app notice will describe its specific behavior.

2. Our General Approach

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Many of our apps are fully offline: they run entirely on your device, store your progress locally, and do not send anything to us or to anyone else. Other apps require an internet connection for specific features — for example, downloading new quiz content or checking a weather report inside the app. Sections 3 and 4 describe exactly what those connected features send.

3. Weather Data

Some apps include a weather feature. When you use it, the app sends only your device's approximate region coordinates to a third-party weather data provider, in order to return a local forecast. This request does not include your name, email address, device identifier, or any other personal identifier, and it is not linked to any account you may have.

4. Accounts, Login & Registration

Some of our apps — typically those with online features, such as regularly refreshed quiz content — require you to create an account. Where an app includes login and registration, we collect the information needed to create and secure that account, such as an email address and password (stored in encrypted or hashed form). Purely offline apps do not require an account and do not collect this information.

5. What We Do Not Do

Across all of our current apps:

• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not show ads.
• We do not integrate Apple Game Center.
• We do not currently offer subscriptions.
• We do not currently offer in-app purchases. If that changes for a future title, we will update this policy — and that app's App Store listing — before the feature launches.

6. Support Inquiries

If you contact our support team, we process the name, email address, and message content you voluntarily provide, solely to respond to your request.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Data stored only on your device, such as offline game progress, can be removed at any time by deleting the app. For account data held on our systems, you may request deletion at any time by emailing support@eppsgames.com with the subject "Data Deletion - [App Name]". We will complete verified requests within 30 days.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we process personal data — such as an account email address — based on your consent or to provide a service you requested, you may withdraw that consent or request deletion at any time by contacting support@eppsgames.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

As we release new apps and features — including apps with different online, account, or purchase behavior than described here — we will update this policy and revise the effective date above.
